A little housekeeping info for our wonderful customers! 
Most Empty Nest items are made to order. This means that I create samples, photograph, and post. I do not keep a large pre-made inventory on hand! To that end, I do have a turnaround time of 3-5 BUSINESS days for orders to be ready before shipping or pickup. This applies to items I have designed and listed ONLY- custom orders have a 2 week turnaround time. If you need something in a hurry, please reach out and let me know! If I can accommodate your time frame, I am happy to do so (additional fees may apply for rush orders). Just like custom orders, my turnaround time BEGINS when your order is placed and your payment is made. Please keep that in mind when ordering! 
Due to the nature and material of the items I create, I cannot accept returns and exchanges. I do accept cancellation of your invoice, either BEFORE payment is made, or within 24 hours after you have made your payment. I strive to provide an excellent customer experience, so if you need to communicate about your order, I am ALWAYS happy to chat!
